Toddlers (1-3 years)

Our goal is to help you keep your toddler’s teeth cavity-free. This is one of the most difficult ages to treat in a dental chair, and we hope to avoid having to do major dental work at such a young age. It can also be difficult for parents to get a toothbrush in their toddler’s mouth for long enough to clean the teeth. Making sure your child is getting the right amount of fluoride is also very important. This may be when your child’s first cavity shows up, so if you haven’t yet taken your toddler to the dentist, this is a good time to start. The checkup is quick, and care is taken to make it a good first experience. If more extensive care is needed, we can help you find a good pediatric dentist you can trust.
